Pragandha- The process is named after the person who developed & patroned after years of tedious research - Mr. Prakash. G. Dharap.
The process is aerobic process. Here are the steps or procedure:
- Spread the wet waste evenly in one of the 2 or 3 partitions of Om Sai S Yantra (A FRP Case) for 1 month
- Daily, sprinkle a decomposing solution provided with the package
- Churn the waste on a weekly basis
- After a month start doing the same process in the 2nd partition. You will notice that the waste in the first partition is warm (can be up to 80 C). Keep churning the waste in the first partition weekly till the temperature goes down. Approximately 3-4 weeks.
- Later Introduce earthworms(Inclusive in the package) in the first partition & simultaneously follow step 4 for 2 & 3rd partition.
90th day from the commenced date, the first compost will be in your hands. Since then you will have the compost everyday.
